About Us
- Dr Oburota Onwuagbu worked in the public sector at Potchefstroom Provincial Hospital as a Medical Officer from 2009 to 2015, This is where her passion for the practice of Obstetrics and Gynaecology was conceived, developed and mastered.
- Dr Onwuagbu obtained her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degree (MBBCh) in 2007 and Master of Medicine in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in 2020, both from the University of the Witwatersrand. She earned a Diploma in Obstetrics (Dip Obst SA) in 2010 and then became a Fellow of the College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologist (FCOG) in 2020 at the Colleges of Medicine South Africa.
- Dr Ota has been in private practice at Mediclinic Potchefstroom since September 2021.
