Dr O.U Onwuagbu
Dr Oburota Onwuagbu is an experienced gynaecologist and obstetrician, now in private practice at Mediclinic Potchefstroom. Dr Onwuagbu worked at Potchefstroom Provincial Hospital in the department of obstetrics and gynaecology from 2009 to 2015, where she headed the department from 2010 to 2012. She qualified as a specialist from the University of Witwatersrand and the Colleges of Medicine South Africa in 2020. She speaks English, IsiZulu, SeTshwana, Igbo and Afrikaans.
I am dedicated to providing refined and comprehensive healthcare service tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient. This practice is founded on principles of integrity, professionalism, and evidence-based medicine, ensuring that every individual receives respectful and sophisticated medical attention. Practice Manager - Claire Habib
Claire is the dedicated Practice Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice and helping ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. With a strong focus on patient care and service excellence, Claire works closely with the team to create a professional, welcoming and supportive environment for every patient. From coordinating the team and managing practice operations to assisting patients and supporting the doctor, Claire plays an integral role behind the scenes. Her approachable nature, attention to detail and commitment to excellence help make our practice a place where both patients and staff feel valued and supported.
Administration - Karin Habib
Karin is a warm and welcoming member of our team, As part of our administration and reception team, she is often the first friendly face our patients meet and is dedicated to making every patient feel comfortable, cared for and welcome. With her friendly nature, attention to detail and caring approach, Karin assists with appointments, patient enquiries, administration. She strives to create a calm, supportive and professional environment from the moment patients walk through our doors.
